White-label
Your brand on the front.
Merlin runs more than one agency brand from a single platform. Your clients sign in at your domain, see your logo and your colours, and use the modules your engagement covers. Nothing in the interface says Merlin unless you want it to.
Merlin is operated by Disrupt Digital Pty Ltd (ABN 84 632 577 818).
What a brand owns
Eight things that become yours.
None of it is a fork or a second deployment. Every brand is a row of settings the platform resolves at runtime, which is why a change to the product reaches every brand at once.
-
Your domain
Clients sign in at an address you own. Merlin works out which brand a request belongs to from the host it arrived on, so the right identity is in place before the first screen renders.
-
Your logo and favicon
Held as brand assets and served per brand, with the platform default behind them as a fallback. Adding a brand does not add files to the codebase.
-
Your colours, light and dark
A brand stores its own palette, and the app applies it as theme variables when a user signs in. Both themes are yours — you are not picking one accent and inheriting ours for the rest.
-
Your module mix
Each brand records the modules it offers, and the platform checks that entitlement before a module is loaded or rendered. A brand that does not sell bookings never ships the booking code to the browser.
-
Your sender address
System email goes out under the brand's own address, so a password reset or a notification arrives from you rather than from a platform your client has never heard of.
-
Your terms and contacts
Your terms of service and privacy policy, your support contacts and your business addresses — the ones a client is shown in the app and the ones they reach when they need a human.
-
Your billing
Each brand carries its own billing configuration, so subscriptions and invoices are raised under your entity and shown to your client in your name.
-
Your platform accounts
Google Ads, Analytics and Search Console access is held against your own manager and master accounts, not ours. Client links are made to your identities and stay with you.
The roster
One platform, four front doors.
The four brands below are illustrative rather than live partners — they are here to show what a brand changes and what it does not. Every card is the same interface with a different brand record behind it: same modules, same data boundaries, same release.
Going live
Four steps to your own front door.
-
Point your domain
You choose the address your clients will use and point it at the platform. It is registered against your brand, and it is what tells Merlin whose brand to load.
-
Hand over your look
Logo, favicon and the palette you want in light and dark. We load them as your brand's assets and theme, then show you both themes before anyone else sees them.
-
Pick the modules
Only the modules you actually sell. The rest are not part of your brand, so your clients are never shown a door that leads somewhere you do not go.
-
Connect your accounts
Your Google Ads manager account and your Analytics and Search Console identities, so the client links your team makes belong to you from the start.
The parts that stay fixed
Branding is the surface, not the boundary.
A brand changes what a client sees. It never changes who can see what. Every query the platform runs is scoped to the brand and the account it belongs to, and the same rules apply to your brand as to ours.
- Data is scoped per brand and per account on every request
- Connections are authorised by the client, from their own accounts
- A client can withdraw access at any time, from those same accounts
- One codebase, so a fix or a new module reaches every brand together
Access we never take on your behalf
Merlin reads the marketing platforms a client connects, and only those. It does not sign your clients in through Google or Meta, and it does not use connected data for anything but the features they can see in the app.
The full account of what is requested, why, and how long it is kept is on the connections page, and the commitments behind it are in the privacy policy. If a client leaves, the data deletion route applies to your brand exactly as it does to ours.
Put your name on it.
Tell us the brand, the domain and the modules you sell, and we will show you the whole thing wearing your colours before you commit to anything.
Merlin is provided as part of a Disrupt Digital services engagement. There is no self-serve sign-up.
