# Settings, team and your profile Account-level configuration, who can get in, and your own preferences. ## Account settings Open **Settings** in the sidebar. The tabs you see depend on your access level and the modules your account has: - **General** — account details, business hours and time zone - **Team** — the people with access to this account - **Custom fields** — define extra fields for CRM records and choose which record types use them - **Connections** — the platforms this account reads from - **Lead capture** — endpoints that turn website form submissions into leads Booking has its own settings under **Booking → Settings**. ## Team and access Administrators can see who has access and manage the team. Access level decides what someone can change: managing connections, defining custom fields and configuring lead capture are administrator tasks, while day-to-day work in the CRM, calendar and dashboards is not. The one connection anyone can make is their own Google Calendar, for booking. ## Your profile Open your profile from the topbar to set: - Your own details and avatar - Your notification preferences - Your theme Profile settings are yours alone and follow you across every account you can reach. ## Notifications The bell in the topbar collects what has happened — new bookings, changes and cancellations among them — and updates live. Notification preferences are per person, not per account. ## Global search The search box in the topbar searches across your records, so you can jump to a contact, company or lead without going to its page first.
