# Reviews

Your Google Business Profile reviews, alongside everything else.

Reviews are connected under **Settings → Connections**, in the reviews group. There is no
separate Reviews page in the sidebar — the connection is what you manage, and the review data
feeds the rest of the platform.

## Connecting

1. Open **Settings → Connections**.
2. Find **Reviews** and choose to connect Google Business Profile.
3. Sign in to the Google account that manages your locations and approve the request.
4. You are returned to the hub, which confirms the connection.

Only an account administrator can connect or disconnect.

## What you get

Once connected, Merlin reads the reviews and ratings for your locations so your reputation
sits with the rest of your marketing picture rather than in a separate tab.

## Multiple locations

A Google Business Profile account covering several locations brings them all in; you do not
need a connection per location.

## Disconnecting

Disconnect from the same panel, or withdraw access from your Google account's permissions
page. Either stops Merlin reading new review data.
